Little LuLu was one of my favourite cartoon when I was younger. As this is our very first "little" scrunchie hence I decided to name it after Little Lulu. Little LuLu is a size smaller than our "puffie" scrunchies. She is very cute! The lemons on it just give you that zest and light up your day!

Our scrunchies are mainly designed to be puffy and fluffy. We use extra material to make it voluminous on your hair. They are all hand made with lots of love by Miss Puffie.
This is our first scrunchie from the "Little" series. The Little series are smaller than our normal "Puffie" scrunchies.
